A meal from MALICE by Keigo Higashino

The book: Police Detective Kyochiro Kaga and teacher-turned-children’s-book-author Osamu Nonoguchi investigate the murder of a famous writer, but have a very different take on what the true facts really are.

"I was eating some instant udon noodles and watching TV when I saw a close-up of my face on the screen. I choked on my noodles." (MALICE by Keigo Higashino - Paperback, Minotaur Books, p. 32)
