Coleslaw recipe: 3 cups (finely shredded) purple cabbage + [½ cup mayonnaise/dressing + 1 tablespoon white vinegar + 1 tablespoon cider vinegar + 2 teaspoons sugar + ½ teaspoon celery seeds + salt & pepper to taste]
Fast Chocolate Cake:
Mix the following ingredients until well combined: 3 cups all-purpose flour + 2 cup sugar + 2 cup cold water + ⅔ cup melted butter + 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder + 2 teaspoon baking soda + 2 teaspoon white vinegar + 1 teaspoon salt + 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour in greased baking pan or individual cupcake molds. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean (20-30 minutes). Dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream/ice cream.
